I would like to offer our recommendation for construction services provided by Kinghorn Companies.

Great Northern Bank contracted with Kinghorn Companies for the construction of a 20,000 sq. ft. professional office building located in St. Michael. The primary occupant of the building would be Great Northern Bank and there are other professional tenants such as accountants, insurance people and dentist, etc. Construction was started in the fall of 2002 and was completed on schedule on or about March 1, 2003. Construction costs came in as projected by Kinghorn Companies and any change orders incurred were the result of architectural design changes or additional amenities requested by the owner.

I personally worked with Grady Kinghorn, owner of Kinghorn Companies for several years on other projects and in planning our bank building Grady Kinghorn was the first and only contractor that I contacted to enter into discussions about constructing the building. Kinghorn Companies has built many other Class A office warehouse buildings in the Rogers, Monticello and other areas primarily in the Northwestern suburbs. The Company is known for its reputation as a quality builder, honesty, integrity and their willingness to provide extra hands on services and guidance throughout the construction process.

I would certainly recommend Kinghorn Companies as a general contractor for any type of commercial project.
